We Are Looking for People:
- Who can work well as part of a team and is confident and comfortable working with homeowners
- Are highly skilled, take pride in their work, and have a good work ethic and integrity.
- Please be CA state certified with current status, ready to test, or at a 4th-year apprentice.
- All the other normal stuff applies, please have your own hand tools, be able to lift 50lbs.
And, By The Way, we conduct drug screenings and background checks. Additionally, a clean DMV record, a current driver’s license, and reliable transportation to arrive at work on time every day are conditions of employment.

Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher
Now Hiring AWESOME Customer Service Representatives
Do you have a great attitude and love talking to people? Our Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher positions require a genuine, friendly phone voice, someone who’s easy to talk to and likes helping people.
You will be taking incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as other office duties, including assisting with dispatching service technicians.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow directions is very important
- Upbeat and pleasant phone demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong computer skills.
- Reliable and on time.
- Dispatch experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
