Our Comprehensive Plumbing Check Includes:
- Measure water pressure to the house
- Check for leaks and evaluate the condition of the water heater
- Check water heater temperature
- Evaluate the condition of your fresh water pipes
- Assess the condition of your waste and sewer system including a camera inspection
- Check for proper function of water and gas shut off valves
- Test water quality
- Check toilet and fixtures functionality
Our Comprehensive Electrical Check Includes:
- Inspect main panel and sub panels to evaluate for safety, condition, sizing and function
- Assess breakers for condition and correct wire sizing
- Check for visible signs of loose connections in the panel
- Confirm there is proper grounding
- Evaluate the condition of the interior wiring and outlets
- Check for shock protection and GFCI's where required
- Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector check
